We are a small bussiness hobby artisan, making clothes, shoes and accessories for collectible dolls. Main manufacturer is Joanna, a seamstress, doll tailor, shoe and wig maker. Agnieszka is helping with photos, styling dolls, managing dolls, she also makes some jewelry and crochet. Our main store exists using etsy platform for more than 10 years. You can find the store and read reviews on esefdolls.etsy.com. You can also order from there.

Yes, we don’t resell items, we sell only goods manufactured by us (we use some ready-made components but no reselling). All items listed in shop as “in stock" are already made, waiting to be shipped immediately. Photos show real items that are being sold, with no retouching. 

We do clothing, shoes, jewelry and accessories for collectible dolls (with intention to be used by adults) in 1:4 (about 40 cm high) and 1:6 (about 30 cm high) scale. Each doll type is different so be sure to check measurements of you doll compared to model showing the piece. We don’t sew for 1:3 scale or scales smaller than 1:4.

Usually, no. We only do restock request for items that can be duplicated, or requests for similar item that we already sell or that has been sold out (just different color, minor changes etc). We don’t fit clothing for dolls we don’t own.

We ship from Poland, Europe, member of EU.

We ship worldwide using Poczta Polska services, usually as registered letter. 

Shipping takes usually from 3 to 7 days, depending on destination coutry. Shipping to Europe usually takes 3-4 days, to US about one week, and a bit longer to distant countries like Australia or Japan. In some destination coutries shipping may take longer due to customs checks.

Tracking is avaiable on Śledź przesyłkę – Poczta Polska (poczta-polska.pl) website. Please note that some coutries does not update trakcing status after the package arrives to destination country but that doesn’t mean you can’t track and find your package if it’s lost. If last entry in tracking says about leaving Poland or arriving to your destination country and some days passed from that, it probably means the package is already being delivered – please ask in your local postal office/delivery service.

The only payment option we accept is paypal. If you need other payment methods you may consider using our etsy shop and etsy payment there.

We use paypal payments for online orders so you get a standard paypal buyer protection.

Order can be cacelled and fully refunded before it is shipped. After we ship it there is no possibility to cancel order.

We don’t accept regular returns as shipping cost for shipping the order back will exceed order value in most cases. We do our best to quality check every item, altough if there is someting wrong with your item you can contact us and we will resolve the case in your favor.
